By accessing or using LD Scripts services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our scripts according to the following terms:

  • Licenses are tied to your Discord account
  • Each license may only be used on servers you own or manage
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share our scripts
  • Modification for personal use is allowed; distribution of modifications is not

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Share, leak, or redistribute purchased scripts
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent our licensing system
  • Use our scripts for illegal purposes
  • Claim ownership or authorship of our scripts
  • Provide false information during purchase or support

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 24 hours of purchase
  • License has not been activated
  • Product functions as described (technical issues are handled through support)

Once a license is activated, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Support

We provide support through our Discord server. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support does not include custom development or modifications beyond the scope of the original product.

6. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update our scripts and these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

LD Scripts is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our scripts, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or compatibility issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without notice for violation of these terms or any illegal or harmful activity.
